charming apartment with really good service
the apartment was very clean and spacious, wow! joana ensured i felt at home with complimentary fruits, drinks, and snacks, which charmed me. the location was super close to the train station and the town center, i loved that. the staff at the sister hotel were very kind and helpful, especially when i came for some ice cream.

the loft had so much space and felt super cozy, i felt amazing. this room type includes a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher for convenient meal preparation and clean up. it, wow.

breakfast was provided at the corpo santo hotel, i loved the atmosphere. complementary beverages were available in the fridge, very handy. there are sweets and dried fruit at reception, i really enjoyed those little touches .

coffee machine excessive noise
the check-in process used codes for building and apartment access, this was acceptable.
The provided coffee machine did not work. I consider this unacceptable. also, the lack of extra towels without request was not ideal. the noise from nearby establishments was excessive. Better soundproofing is imperative.
